Eligibility


  1. Motivated young women & men 

  2. 9th-12th grade, ages 14-21 

  3. Completed “Lottery Form” 

  4. Accepted from the Waiting List


    Requirements after you are accepted


    1. 1. Parent or guardian (if under 18) 

    2. 2. Birth certificate (or other proof of age) 

    3. 3. Withdrawal from last high school 

    4. 4. High school transcript 

    5. 5. Immunization records 

    6. 6. Individual Education Plan (IEP) 

    7. 7. Proof of address (example: utility bill)

    8. 8. Food stamps number (if any), a list of household members, and amount of income received for each person (examples: work pay, Social Security, TANF, retirement, child support)
